Sometimes it would appear that your shaver or toothbrush plug will not go into the Shaver Socket inside a KEUCO Mirror Cabinet.
All of our shaver sockets have a safety mechanism inside that prevents stray little fingers from hurting themselves.
When new the plug will need some pressure to go past this safety mechanism and the two prongs on the plug MUST be inserted parallel ie. not on an angle. Unless the prongs go past the safety mechanism the plug will not be held securely and may fall out.
